Privacy policy

Last updated 10 October 2026.

This explains what Autflo [legal company name and registered address] keeps about the people who use Autflo Print, and why. For your organisation's own work, we act on your organisation's behalf (as its processor).

What we keep

  • Your name, work email and the organisation and locations you belong to.
  • Your password, only as a scrambled hash we can't read, and your two-step verification secret, encrypted.
  • A record of what people do in your organisation (the audit log), with the internet address it came from.
  • Your organisation's work: brand, pictures, templates, designs and print requests.
  • Billing details: Stripe holds your card; we only keep its brand and last four digits.

Who helps us

  • Vercel and Neon host the service and its database (in London).
  • Stripe takes payments.
  • Amazon Web Services sends our emails.
  • Anthropic runs Ask Flo: what you ask Flo, and any work you show it, is sent to Anthropic to answer. It isn't used to train their models.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long

We keep your account while you use Autflo Print. When an organisation's plan ends, its work is deleted a year later, or sooner if it asks. Billing records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Contact: [contact email address].
