Terms

These terms are between Autflo [legal company name, number and registered address] (“we”) and the organisation that signs up to Autflo Print (“you”). The person who signs up confirms they can agree to them for the organisation.
What Autflo Print is
An online service for making print and screen designs from your organisation's own brand and templates, and for asking for them to be printed. It is for businesses, not for personal use.
Your plan and paying
- You pay for each active location, at the prices on our prices page when you start. We don't charge VAT at the moment; if we register for VAT, we'll add it to your price and tell you at least 30 days before.
- Your first plan starts with a 14-day free trial. We take a card when it starts but charge nothing until it ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
- After the trial, your card is charged at the start of each month or year. Adding or removing a location changes what you pay from then on.
- You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund part periods.
- If a payment fails we try again for a while; if it still fails, your plan ends.
- We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of any change to our prices.
Flo credits
Plans include Ask Flo credits each month; bought credits carry over while you have a plan. Credits have no cash value and aren't refunded. Flo prepares; people decide — check what Flo writes or designs before you use it.
Your work
Everything you upload or make (logos, pictures, typefaces, templates, designs) stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. You confirm you have the right to use what you upload, including typefaces and pictures.
When a plan ends
You can still sign in to see and download your work, but nothing new can be made until a plan starts again. If you ask us to, or a year after a plan ends, we delete your organisation's work.
Using it properly
Don't use Autflo Print for anything unlawful, don't try to reach other organisations' data, and keep your sign-in details safe. We may suspend an organisation that breaks these terms.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep Autflo Print running and your data safe, but can't promise it will never be unavailable. Check print files before they go to the printer. Our total liability in any year is limited to what you paid us in that year, and we're not liable for lost profits or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Changes and the law
We'll tell you about important changes to these terms by email before they apply. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
